This Part sets out the requirements for the carriage of dangerous goods on aircraft and the procedures for applications for approval to carry such items on aircraft.

This Part does not take account of any health & safety or similar legislation that may be applicable nor does it absolve users from complying with any other statutory and legal requirements relating to a general duty of care.
