List of foreign operators holding specific Permission to operate into an Overseas Territory
The foreign air operators (that is operators not based in the United Kingdom (UK) or an Overseas Territory (OT)) in the list below hold specific permission from the UK Secretary of State or the Governor of an OT to operate into the specific Territory. Please note that those operators in brackets are only permitted to operate on certain routes. For further information please contact ASSI.

- not listed above;
- not based within one of the OTs and certificated by ASSI or the OT aviation authority; and
- not based in the the UK and certificated by the UK Civil Aviation Authority
then contact ASSI or the Director of Civil Aviation for the Territory concerned.
