Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order 2007
The Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order 2007 contains the legal framework for aviation in the Territories and for Territory-registered aircraft. It supports the Overseas Territories Aviation Requirements (OTARs) which contain the detailed means of compliance with the Order.
It should be read in conjunction with the Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) Order 2008 below. A further amendment is also being proposed - see the Legislation for Consultation page.

The Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) Order 2008
The Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) Order 2008 came into force on 7 January 2009 and amends the Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) Order 2007.
