OTAR 63 Flight Engineer Licences and Ratings: Issue 2

This OTAR Part details the requirements governing the issue and validation of flight engineer licences and certificates; the addition of type ratings to a flight engineer licence; the renewal of flight engineer licences and validations; and the privileges and limitations of those licences, ratings and validations.
These requirements are published by the Governor to indicate the manner in which he will be satisfied as to the fitness and competence of the person to be issued with and to hold a licence and/or rating.
