Flight Crew Licensing
Applications for flight crew validation certificates for the following Overseas Territories should be made directly to Air Safety Support International:
Anguilla
British Virgin Islands
Montserrat
The application should be made through the operator or owner of an aircraft on the appropriate Overseas Territory Register. In addition, a written examination in Air Law will need to be successfully completed together with a qualifying flight test in the relevant aircraft (type).
Supporting documentation for the certificate issue is listed on the application form.
Applicants should complete form PEL-FRM-007 for the relevant Overseas Territory and submit it in accordance with the instructions on the form.

Once the application has been received, ASSI will contact the applicant to make arrangements for the written examination in Air Law. This will usually be conducted in the relevant Overseas Territory.
Air Traffic Control Licensing
Applications for air traffic control licences (Full & Student) and ATC unit examinations for the following Overseas Territories should be made directly to Air Safety Support International:
Anguilla
British Virgin Islands
Montserrat
The application should be made through the Senior Air Traffic controller for the appropriate Overseas Territory and submitted in accordance with the instructions at section 11 of the form.

Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Licensing
Applications for Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Licences for the following Overseas Territories should be made directly to Air Safety Support International:

Montserrat
The application should be made on the following form and should be submitted in accordance with the instructions at section 10 of the form.
