The ASSI Management System contains a comprehensive set of policies, principles, procedures and supporting information that define how ASSI undertakes its business management and regulatory activities.

The ASSI Management System defines the policies on all aspects of the company management and operations, which affect the quality of services to the Territories and other stakeholders.  The procedures and other documents that support these policies are also defined within this Management System.

The ASSI Management System is intended to achieve two objectives:

  • To provide a single point of reference of the defined technical policies of the company; and
  • To provide a single point of reference defining the procedures for interaction between the company and, as necessary, the Territory OTAAs.

It is intended for the use and guidance of regulatory staff of the Territories and for the staff of ASSI.  It is a working level document, intended for routine reference and use.

The electronic version, published on the website, is the master document.  Any printed copies are uncontrolled documents and should be annotated as such.  Amendments to the ASSI Management System are controlled through the Management of Controlled Documents process (Procedure 10).
