The Policies are intended for the use and guidance of regulatory staff of the Territories and for the staff of ASSI. They are key documents controlling the process of regulation in the Territories and are equally applicable throughout the Territories.

Proposed amendment to the existing Policy on the use of contractors to fulfil a regulatory role.

Policy Statement 51: Safety Data/Information Protection, Sharing and Exchange

ICAO Annex 19 Chapter 5 aims to ensure the continued availability of safety data and safety information to support safety management activities.  This new policy is to support this through the protection of safety data and safety information.
