ASSI Departures and Arrivals
Departures
James Prideaux (Regulatory Manager) is leaving ASSI at the end of February to seek new challenges. James has been with ASSI for 12 ½ years and has made a major contribution to the regulatory work of the organisation.
Bert Hayes (Air Traffic Service Inspector) is retiring from ASSI at the end of April. Bert has undertaken this role since 2008 and has been an integral part of the team. Work is underway to recruit a new inspector.
Arrivals
Rob Sandford arrived in ASSI in October 2015 to take up the position of Flight Operations Inspector. Rob was recruited to replace Cydric Desbarida who has moved back to work in the Caribbean.
Terry Smith will be joining ASSI and taking up the role of Regulatory Manager as from 1 March. Terry’s background is predominantly in the area of Communications, Navigation, Surveillance (CNS), having previously worked in NATS, the UK's leading provider of air traffic control services, and the UK CAA Air Traffic Standards.
