GENERAL
Overseas Territories Aviation Circulars are issued to provide advice, guidance and information on standards, practices and procedures necessary to support Overseas Territory Aviation Requirements. They are not in themselves law but may amplify a provision of the Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order or provide practical guidance on meeting a requirement contained in the Overseas Territories Aviation Requirements.
PURPOSE
This Overseas Territories Aviation Circular provides information and guidance for the application of a Noise Certificate as required by Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) (Environmental Standards) Order for an aircraft registered in a Territory and granted a Certificate of Airworthiness.

This Circular relates to OTAR Part 36.
CHANGE INFORMATION
Third Issue: Changes introduced to reflect updating of the source reference to the AN(OT)(ES)0 2015 by removing the 2004 date. Para 4.2, submission of data requirements updated to permit reference to Type Certification sources and no longer a requirement for hard copy or certified true copies.
