Part 119 Air Operator Certification

This OTAR Part is applicable to any air transport undertaking, and any operator in the service of the police authority, required to hold an air operator’s certificate under the Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order, (“the Order”) and must be read in conjunction with other OTAR Parts, in particular Part 91 and Part 121 or 135 according to the type of aircraft operated as described in paragraph 119.103.
