This OTAR covers the submission to the Governor of information about reportable occurrences.

The information submitted will be analysed to identify any necessary corrective actions with an overall objective of improving aviation safety.

The sole objective of an occurrence reporting system shall be the prevention of accidents and incidents in accordance with the SARPs of ICAO Annex 13.  It is not the purpose of this activity to apportion blame or liability.
