Lithium Batteries Hazards
A few recent reports have again highlighted the hazards of devices containing lithium batteries. In some cases the devices have been lost in a passenger seat and the seat has then been adjusted to retrieve the device leading to it being crushed causing a fire. Here are two videos (one for ground staff and another for aircrew) that provide some useful information that could prevent, or limit the consequences of a lithium battery incident.
