Blame Culture

Words "Blame Culture" with a red cross through itWhen going to collect a new bank card the bank clerk asked for the old card to be returned. After handing the old card over the bank clerk picked up the new card and then cut it in half! On pointing out that the clerk cut the new card in half and not the old one the clerk angrily shouts, "so, why did you let me do that?"

A no blame culture is where all behaviours are acceptable; this is not where we should be heading. What is really sought is a 'just' culture.
